The lodge was super nice n quiet, loved the remote check in so we didn't have to meet anyone. The location is amazin since its just a few steps from shops n the river dee is only a short walk. The room was spacious n clean with a comfy bed. Getting a parking permit for the local car park was a nice bonus. Also liked how chill the atmosphere was, perfect for a couple's getaway.
The carpets in the lodge need replacing bcuz they looked a bit threadbare. Plus, my room had a slight damp smell which was a bit off-putting.

Knowledgeable and excellent staff, breakfasts were exceptional.
Liked our weekend in this excellent little and gorgeous hotel. The location was central, magnificent in an area where there is lots to do. Plus, it was close enough to tourist attractions such as plas newydd, and shops, restaurants, pubs and walks.
